First of all, let us define what T Currency means. T-Currency is part of the Loca Pay program which can be purchase from an E-Commerce Associate with T-currency License and can be used the same way as T credits. The T-currency can be used to purchase and redeem products from Tripleclciks and can earn MRP as if you paid cash,T Credits and Paypal to a local Pay provider. However, the current practice is to charge15% subcharge when purchasing products usingg the T Currency to offset your cost.
The license is good for one year and there is a cost involve in renewing the license. Is it worth the cost involved in having the T Currency license. My answer is a resounding Yes so go for it. By making it convenient and easy for your customer who have no Credit Card, Debit Card or Paypal account they maybe able to purchase the products they need from you. Your PSA or PRM would prefer to deal with you when they know that you are there to provide that service as well. You can help PSA or CSA that has no access to buy products from TripoleClicks and are at risk of losing their ranking because they are not able to get their standing order without their Credit card especially members who are trying to keep their ranking and had left it until the last minute.
This will help improve customer satisfaction and would be grateful that you are there for them and therefore you would have build customer loyalty and customer are more likely to come back to you again as a repeat customer. Members who had the opportunity to deal with you may also tell other members about the kind of service they got from you and spread the word around . This will defintely increase your sales so the cost and the time involved in obtaining the T Currency license for your business will be a very good investment and will help increase your sales. By providing more payment option such as the T Currency as part of you customer service, your customer will deal with you first rather than other ECA competitors who does not provide the same service and flexibility that you provide.
