Normaly a new PSA or CSA need someone that can explaine daily action, how SFI works, points collecting, marketing methods, buy/sell action.
Try to give him/her the best support, and only in this way you will allow him to involve other people.
Obviously a new member will always have questions to ask, day by day he/she will learn about SFI. Be a good sponsor, support him/her in every action, and don't be late answering to his/her query, or you will lose your downline member, and maybe more other.
