As a merchant, which an ECA is, I would say YES, most definitely. Your purpose is to attract more customers for what ever reason they have need of your services,i.e., no matter the reason they are in your store, sell them something. The same reasoning that applies on the internet in attracting people to YOUR portal also applies in the real world. So having a TCurrency License is another traffic promotion vehicle. More traffic, more sales.
