To calculate fee to ship product worldwide you are expected to know the weight of your product. It's a necessary procedure to calculating the precise amount you should charge for Shipping and Handling.
Now you must understand that their are different delivery package method :
1. The Standard delivery
2. Express delivery
3. Expected Delivery and few others
Each of which means the number of days you are to ensure delivery of product purchased. The prices differs, and must be charged in respect to the weight of your product.
Another important thing is to ensure you note the Tax Rate for each country you are expected to be shipping to.
Countries that impose sales tax collection on Shipping & Handling expenses require that sales tax be applied to Shipping & Handling when the item that is being shipped is subject to sales tax.
Tax rate differ from on country to another and must not be calculated as such that will be same through out the country else you may end up charging in country with low tax rate and charging less in countries with high tax rate.
Now all this put in place will make you have knowledge of the precise amount you will be Shipping the product. That way you are been fair to the customers.
Let's talk about you been fair to yourself. You must make profit always not too much and not too small. 5 – 15% additional of the shipping price would be fair, and that way you have less complaint over Shipping and Handling issues.
