Before I start you must understand that not all needs can be met if you try to please all.
Firstly, I must say good job for having affiliates, though not good when you keep losing them. Its more easier to have them but keeping affiliates is always some what difficult.
To keep SFI affiliate first begins with your advertisement, so many joined so they could get rich quickly. You must advertise that it's not get quick riches. Remember that noting as free lunch.
Secondly, You must recognize the challenges your affiliate are facing, try contacting the to know if you are capable of solving their problem for leaving the business or if they just need to exit because they feel its a waste of time; that you might not be able to do any thing.
Sincerely not encouraging affiliates who are times are in need of few VPs like 50, 100 and 200 to earn EA may be very heart breaking. You need to recognize those who are serious and may do better if they have the strength.
Now as a leader how far you've gone at time may make them want to stay. Train them in every aspect you have made success and areas you intend to make more.
You affiliates may not enjoy advertising make him join the price bending joint, if you affiliate doesn't enjoy bidding encourage him to sale product such as Tcredits, PSAs, CSAs etc, if your affiliate doesn't enjoy making sales, the Game joint is available, make them love one activities or the other and later they may develop interest in the remaining aspect of the business.
No the word encourage ment is all you need, its what has kept most affiliate going, always encourage them to be better. Develop your sponsorship skills it will help you be a better Team Leader.
