We need to have a lot of communication with them Daily and weekly. We should support them on setting their Goals and help them to achieve . Here helping means sharing our knowledge on business promotion with them. We also need to motivate them by organizing contest. Acknowledge them for their good performance.
We need to keep our leadership page updated to communicate with all our team members. We should send weekly news letters. We need to follow the examples given in "
how to be good sponsor" , Use Geneaology mailer effectively to contact the team.
If such Supporting, Motivating , inspirational activities are done meticulously we can maximize the benefits of being BTL.
Once BTL we should not stop sponsoring. We should continue expanding our downline . Teaching DUPLICATION to all your team is our MAJOR task as BTL.
