Its purpose is for the recipient to login to TripleClick and us the card and hopefully join TC and become your PRM. You want them to use the card, to experience TripleClicks.
I would suggest that before giving out the cards, you record contact details of the recipient and make sure they clearly understand what it is for. Pointless giving them away if the recipients do not know what to do with them. Stay in contact with them - remember they are your potential PRM and may even become PSA or ECA.
If after a period they do not use the card, contact them and remind them that the cards are valuable and again what it is for. Even though the cards do not have an expiry date, you want them to be used as soon as possible. The longer they are not used the greater the chances of them being lost and never used - wasted.
