Maximize your profits by helping your first line PSAs, especially, to reach EA2 and stay there until they are ready to become a team leader too.
Once you know they are committed and are BTLs themselves, reassign an EA2 to them. Hopefully, your upline sponsor will give you some too. Then help them even more. Keep sponsoring, thousands if necessary to find the gems. Then watch as your team explodes magically.
You can maximize your earnings even more by showing your down line how to advertise effectively, become an ECA (perhaps locally) and how to sponsor ECAs.
Show them Wave3, even give them a $2.00 gift certificate to purchase a membership.
Tell them about all the chances to win as a Wave3 member, and how to win all the contests SFI has to offer. Get them interested in the Pricebender Auction.
Encourage all your affiliates to get a standing order, even if it’s just a few single TCredits. A single TCredit gives both you and your affiliate 102 VP each (as matching VP)!
If an EA or EA2 is short a couple of hundred VP from maintaining EA2 I give them a gift certificate if I can, occasionally, and especially if they are new or as a reward for being loyal for months and months.
You then also earn another 100 VP for yourself towards upping your ranking.
There are many benefits to being a Bronze Team Leader:
- 1 – Mainly, your receive matching VP for the work of your PSAs who maintain EA2 level or higher, down to 6 levels, including all your CSAs at EA2 or higher.
- 2 – You also receive 12 bonus TCredits every month and also a one-time $10 Bronze bonus the second month you maintain BTL
- 3 – And 1 share of second home CSAs (which can be as high as 100 affiliates!) – I believe that this is the greatest benefit. Since these are second home affiliates, most have been in SFI a while and some are actually doing well.
It may not happen like magic, but if you continue to go BTL every month I believe it pays off. Having lots of CSAs doing well really helps, so I help them too!
