to EA2 and better.
I like giving a gift certificates to those that are really trying to reach a goal.I
also give them to older members who came in once and posted 5 or more v.points.
Giving 10 days to use it,is fair.If it is not used,I get it back.Lovely.
Being a Team Leader and getting paid as a team leader, is two different things.
Let your group push you up to the next level.If you are close, just go to an auction and spend a few v.points.
Educate yourself so you can help your group.Do not send a e-help card till you check their v.p.Ledger and see what they need to be doing.
As a BTL, you should set up a co-op instead of just giving out referrals.Why? Because these referrals can be reassigned to their down-line.Those you give out,cannot.
Explain where you are advertising.How much time you spend doing it.Tell them how many EA2's etc. you have and what you made last month.
Explain that each month you make more.I expect that next month I will pay very little out of my own money.
