This is very interesting question :)

I would start few years ago, that is first of all.
Then I would invest in my business at the third month, and become BTL.
Promotions are very important, I would promote in as many as I can free classifieds in my first month, and second month i would make paid add on any social network.
I will encourage my active PSA-s more, and not losing my time on the one that came here on picnic.
When I think about that now, I didn`t miss much, but I were going slow.

No one knows what to do when get into this job. That is normal to be confused and disoriented, but there is always someone who can give you hand and help you at start, if it isn`t your sponsor, there is so many things explained on the SFI that you hardly can do something awfully wrong.

Be patience and stubborn and you will learn it all :)
