Some motivation and inspiration on your part is needed and help them to make money.
Tell them you care about their success and success cannot be achieved overnight.
Continue to persevere and the rewards will be forthcoming.
Present the SFI opportunities to your PSAs, teach them how to get leads from the cold market and then the warm market, social media etc.
Tell your PSAs that you will reassign some PSAs to them.
Tell your PSAs that you will be setting up a Co-op for them.
Let your PSAs know that you will be setting up a comprehensive training program for them. The training will emphasize duplication.
Tell your PSAs that you will be sending them regular training newsletters which will help them to build up their SFI business.
Create excitement for your team and this is done by making positive statements all the time.
