Hm, I would tell them, and I am telling them, that they should put "in" some time and work, advertise every day 50-100 adds all over the internet, free adds, paid ones, depends on their financial situation. And when they reffer PSAs and teach them how to work they will have benefits from them. They will easyer become Team Leaders, getting matching points...etc. So, I think it is crucial to become a Team Leader as soon as we can, 2,3,5,10 working PSAs ...just go for the Leader status. They will "collect" the needed VPs for you.
