When people say they are going to "quit" there is most likely a good reason for their decision.

My advice is to determine what they are doing that has them so frustrated and then try to offer some solutions.

If that doesn't work, let's just face facts, SFI has over 2.7 MILLION members and ONLY a very, very small percentage do anything.

Don't beat your head against the wall. Move on to serious people. Otherwise YOU will become one of those that wants to quit, too!
