This would be the most fun and interesting question ever asked, since, me too thought the same thing in my mind, last month.
If I were given another opportunity to start again in SFI (Second time), I would differently do the following :
1. As soon as I sign up, I will contact my sponsor before he contact me and will surely send him message like this "Hi, I'm your Sponsored Affiliate. Thanks for accepting me as your team member. I assure that I will corporate with you and team to build a strong foundation. Expecting your support when I need them and I'm glad to work with you. Thanks" etc….
2. Directly, I will go to To-do-list and do the getting started action and intermediate actions and will finish as fast as I can, and will get "Fast Track badge within half-an-hour.
3. I will surely, read the launch pad lessons for my review, but will keep them for next month vp earning (first time I suffered a lot for earning vps in second month).
4. Last time, I were not sure of the lessons and references in all tags, so I would have left many. This time I will never leave even a single and will daily learn some of them.
5. I won't waste my time wandering hear and there, I will surely get 1500vp within first 10 days and will start sponsoring PSAs in the rest of days.
6. As I know the procedure now, after attaining EA status, I will immediately contact my CSAs by sending them welcome letter, encouraging tips etc. so that they may not be left alone for "Second Home CSA". Surely I won't let any of my CSA to go away.
7. Now, I know what is more important than my first time, so I will pay clean attention to "Duplication" and "Awesome Sponsor ; Do's and Don't" and follow as per.
8. Because of my good and bad experience in first time, this time my mails will be "Crystal Clear Picture" and very prompt. No more confusion for my PSAs and CSAs regarding their doubts.
9. Within short period, I may become Team Leader and may get all the benefits and commission regarding ranks.
10. I will make more contacts with higher level Team Leaders and A2A friends and will learn a lot from their experiences.
11. This time, I won't even leave a single day of doing my daily actions and will never let E365 contest and Championship go off my hands.
There are lot more to write, but in short, I will rectify all my mistakes that I've made in my first time and will proceed with guts and confidences in this second time and will surely wins the cup of Success as early as possible.
Above all, I will teach my experiences to all my PSAs/CSAs/A2A friends/my family friends etc., and will make them also succeed in the same way as I did.
