Concentrate on helping your movers by communication, a few Gift Certificates and T credits when needed.
When I send a gift I also send a Help E-Card with a few suggestions how to get those needed action points.
If they still want to quit,ask them to at least come in and do the To Do List.They one year to return and try again.
If they quit,do not communicate with them again,it is against the rules.
Remember you are looking for Leaders and your Best five.You do not need five dependents.
