DOES THE PSA REALLY WANT TO QUIT OR IS SEEKING ASSISTANCE?
If I was the PSA and wanted to quit, I would just stop using the SFI site. My opinion in this case is the PSA just wants more guidance to assist him achieve his SFI goals (for positive outcomes) and that is the reason why he threatens to quit.
And if you are not doing much to assist your PSAs you better start with the PSA that is threatening to quit and continue with the rest of your PSAs.
