Until then you must devise a concrete plan to ensure you are following the proper measures yourself before you can answer this question.
1) Ask your PSA what do you mean by putting out more than receiving?
ie; Is your PSA making a point of financially they are putting out more and not getting back what they expected? If this is the case you should
find out what they are spending their funds on: Is their (SO) on just TCredits, and in return they receive 1500VP to ensure EA status monthly?
2) If the above is correct, you may want to offer different ways for your PSA to ensure EA status via the (SO) while gaining Affiliate's at the same
time. For example, PSAs ToGo are a Great Standing Order, or the S-Builder Co-Op is another great way to build your TEAM, while gaining
VP to maintain EA Status!
3) now, those were quick and easy solutions to this problem! What many Team Leaders may Not understand is Affiliates want to hear from their
Leaders or Sponsors! I know for a fact if my Sponsor did not respond to my emails I would have dropped off quickly. So, Answer your
Affiliates! Even if you did not have the same training or experience, try to be better, because after all we all need EACH OTHER to be a
SUCCESS!!!
4). Refer your AFFILIATE to the SFI BASICS, this offers the Basic Outline of SFI. Next, have them re-group and read Gery's Rules of Success!
