Is it that normal when we don’t have the concept of what it takes to get succeeded in this
Kind of business choosing the easy way out to quit ?.
Unfortunately this is not for everybody, but every one has a chance to succeed in life, and
Most of us are easy come and easy go.
In my opinion we have to be firm in our leadership skill to understand the need and expectation
Of this individuals one by simply looking their profile why they are here and what’s their goal is and when they want to achieve that goal in terms of time.
If we have time to study that all the answer is right there for us to work on those
Affiliates. Knowing their back ground is the biggest gift we can get, since that is provided to us for that purpose.
I am by nature straight up person who like to get to the point without circling around.
Once I know those individuals what make them to join the business and what they
Didn't like the present situation they are, I will tell them that they are in the right place.
But it requires hard work, probably even more than what they claim for, dedication,
Being Patient, gaining knowledge about the business, also encourage them to read
Business related books how to help them over come daily challenge and
Understand how successful people got where they are now, what obstacles
They had through their journey and how they overcame those dream killers
To achieve successful life.
I will tell them to look themselves where they were five years ago in terms of life
Improvement and where they are now and if they do the same thing what they are
Doing now where they will be five, ten, twenty years from today. I will tell
Them also they are here to make that change in their life. If they didn't
Like where they were in the past and don’t like where they are now, this
Is the chance to change their life for better. It is not easy to get there, It
Took them ten to twelve years of practice and knowledge to land their
First low earning Job.
It took them also another four to ten years to land
their unstable job which is they are not still happy about to made them
Look for stable, residual or supplementary income. If they are not able
To understand the time it will take to succeed and if they are not give it

I will tell them the truth. With the truth if they stay they stay.
I will do everything to help them succeed. But if they don’t

I will tell them I am not giving up on them , they can come back
when they are ready for it. I will ask them also if it is ok If I send
them time to time a simple e mail to say hello and send them few

I have few friends till this day we kept
contacting each other and few came back to check my various
businesses and stay with it because of the care I have.
