If I could start over with SFI today, I would do what I am currently doing. I joined in 2005 and did not look at it like a real business. I had a standing order but did not log in each day. In August of 2013, after 8 years of wasted time, I started really looking at the potential of SFI. I started logging in each day, reading the latest news on the Alerts tab, finding a2a friends that could provide inspiration and ideas. I started buying hits to my SFI websites and PSAs. I worked up to BTL so that I could get Second Home CSAs. I started reading in the forum and adding my own responses.
This business will work if you work it! While I am still not where I want to be in income, I know that if I continue working, I will be able to supplement my retirement in a few years.
But looking back, if I had done all this when I first joined, I might be retired already with a good source of income!
