SFI is a wonderful family not just a business house where money alone matters. Everyone's progress matters most!
When this is kept in mind naturally at some point of time money will accrue automatically!!
Strong Foundation is the key. Patience, Perseverance and Duplication are key factors to grow and win together. When this spirit is imbibed in everyone's heart then things will certainly move in the direction of victory and joy to all.
These are all the things I have learned after joining SFI!
When I start all over again, I will
* Not be in a hurry to introduce people just like that & try to see results quickly;
* Will be more patient, duly realizing that slow and steady wins the race;
* Not repeat certain acts so that I will not lose my PSAs quickly;
In short, will try and avoid all mistakes of past so that I can grow step by step with my Team and achieve long term goals so that every one in my team will be happy that indeed I am a true leader leading by example!!!
