My best working CSA just recently up and quit. No hint it was coming. Almost 10,000 VP this month. Gone. Him, not the VP. Why don't I quit? Let me tell you.
Early on while reading all the training, I saw the big picture. Duplication, Time Leveraging, and Synergy. Big words, big results.
All I have to do is to get 5 people to do what I am doing and help them to get five people each who will do what they are doing. How hard is that? How many people are alive in this world who are old or young enough to do it? How many people need or want more income?
So, the method and training are there. It's up to me to get it done. If I don't do the work, I fail. Do I want to fail myself? No. Besides, I have a team leader who communicates with me and I with him and my downline. We give each other the power to succeed.
My team members who partake in meaningful communication are doing much better than Mr. Opt-Out who never asked for help, said he wanted to do his own thing, and turned down tips and guidance. His VP was big, but his team was not growing.
My communicators are much more stable in their business. Problems can be worked out. Methods and results discussed. And we learn from others.
Together we are more than we would be singly.
So, I may be slower than most of you at reaching the higher status, I still know that it is attainable. I am on the right track. And there are those people who are waiting for me to find them, teach them to duplicate, leverage their time and money, and the power of synergy.
I'm not foolish enough to give up.
