Interesting question.
First, I regret not starting SFI when I was initially given the invitation. Many months passed before I started, and I still feel I had wasted time I would have used in building my business.
Second, not being able to be a fast tracker and getting the badge also, is something I would have loved to change if given the opportunity. Before I could know about it, it was already too late.
Third, is similar to the second. Not being about to progress through any of the rounds of the E365 challenge and at least making it to the final rounds still hurts. I did not know about it and no one told me.
These are obviously the things I would love to change if given the opportunity to start all over again.
