When I started I totally blew it. I didn't realize just what I had stumbled onto. I did read some but obviously not enough. I missed the Fast Start badge by not doing enough at first. I would continue with checking in each day to to the "to-do" list which is what got me motivated originally. Then the learning kicked in. I started recruiting right away so I would duplicate this as it has been successful so far. Setting the goals initially was one of the hardest things so I might pay more attention to that.
