In my opinion, The best way to gain the attention of Second Home CSAs and get them active again would be through "Personal Email to each one individually".
This may seems odd and impossible for the fact that the number count of second home CSA may be much higher. Group mailing to them will be effective, when you wish to share a group message to your team mates.
For individual care, group mailing won't work that much since they were inactive and haven't logged in SFI daily. If at all they logged in and open the message they were not able to see your message.
Instead, If you send individual email to their email id along with some special SFI images they could see the message, since they often open their email to view the inbox.
When sending emails to Second Home CSAs, please keep these in mind :
1. Many affiliates gives important to PSAs only, since they earn from their work and purchase and avoid CSA. That is why, they were moved to other homes like orphanage.
2. Think them as your own personal affiliates and not as some new person that moved to your home without any Invitation.
3. We are here to promote SFI and not to promote only ourselves. Give them importance. Greet them with special affection. Treat them as your family members.
4. First comes the Warm Welcome and second comes the brief description about SFI and its achievement.
5. Slowly, convey your wish to work with them as a team and express your gratitude towards them.
6. Ask them to login SFI daily and restart their work (say how simple the work are with SFI)
7. Express to them, the points that were pending to finish by them to earn more vps and to attain EA status easily (using their vp ledger).
8. Give assurance that, you are at their service always for their doubts and help needed.
9. Gradually convey to them about the benefit they get by purchasing products in TripleClicks.
10. Give your leadership page url and some other SFI links for their review.
11. If you have blog or website, ask them to take a look providing that urls.
12. Express your wish to see them ABOARD.
13. Close with regards
Meet them very often, along with the review of their work, so that, they may get confidence in you and will start to respond and work actively again.
In my personal, I'm regularly contacting my CSAs through facebook chat and even through Google+ chat and expressing my thoughts about their proceedings. And, it really works, many started to progress very fast. Thanks to them. Many have become relatives to me, even sharing their personal life.
