This is how I achieve Gold Team Leader at SFI monthly.
Also I have achieved Level 5 in the SFI Leadership Challenge with using this system I have designed.
This is the backbone of my business.
This gives my SFI down line a training website to view when I am off line.
True 24/7 support.
I encourage all my team to apply for their own SFI Training website also.
I then offer to design my Teams websites free, adding a sales generating leads program to promote SFI. Adding their Triple Click banner so they can claim the 100 VP at their SFI VP Ledger. Trusting and honest sites I have been an upgraded member with since 2009-2011.
We use these sites solely to promote SFI. Also earning with Numerous Income Resources. As their team follow them into these programs on Auto Pilot.
I stress to my team. As long as they keep the domain active. They will have access to my SFI training links I keep updated. Also I add their email address to a group I save at G Mail, they then receive my SFI News letters, receiving updated information monthly on how and where to promote SFI.
Team Support is the key to success. This is how I exploded my SFI down line to over 3578 combined Psa and Csa with in 11 months.
I spend hours of my own time. Corresponding, training and supporting my team.
I reward my down line for participation. Achieve Team Leader. I reassign 3 PSA to their down line.
I also suggest for all my team to have their SFI Training website open in a second browser window.
This way they can just flick to the SFI Training links for reference when they get confused participating at SFI.
