My advice is, be example!
They are your PSA's. You're being a sponsor, so be a greatsponsor and great example.
Don't talk about others makinga huge money out of SFI etc.
Show them your salary! Even if its few dollars, it is enough for them to understand that making money and working here is possible. Show them that SFI is a safe job!
