If you are relatively new to SFI you may have a slight problem because you will be unable to use your own experiences to prove the SFI potential to your team. You will have to look at your upline and use them as an example of what you can do in SFI and TripleClicks.
You have of course all the figures available for the length of time SFI has been in business, the number of affiliates it has and the number of items available in TripleClicks.
Make sure your team understand that these figures are as high as they are because SFI works. Point out all that you can to your affiliates in regards to potential income and the methods of getting an income with SFI.
Show your team the compensation chart and let them see all the possibilities there are for them. Also explain that how well they do with SFI will be down to their efforts in both selling and recruiting, also let them all know of all the training facilities that are available to them.
Explain how you as their sponsor will be watching and helping with their progress. The better they do the better you do.
