Goal setting helps build long term vision and this vision give you a clear idea of where you are headed rather than pushing you on a pointless journey. Ask yourself what would you like to achieve in six months, in one year or in five years and what steps will you have to take to get there. Long term goals are typically more general like: to increase TripleClicks sales and profits, or to become Team Leader and you need time to achieve them. Clearly defined long term goals when broken into smaller goals makes everything achievable.
For beginning, the best is to visit tub Goals where affiliate should be setting:
