Have a look at the 'Goals' tab on the Affiliate Centre.
I encourage my affiliates to visit that tab daily and action it - monitor their own progress and adjust their goals if necessary. Not only will they collect for themselves 1VP, but visiting this tab also keeps them focused on their goals (dreams/targets)
Most of them tend to set unrealistic long term goals when they start, such as the income level they want by certain dates and also leadership levels. Encourage them to adjust these dates and set new goals and I would suggest doing this once a month.
As with most goal settings, the goals must be realistic and achievable but at the same time challenging. There would be no sense of achievement and the motivating buzz would be missing if the goals are easily achievable without challenge.
