Keeping Affiliates motivated will always be a major aspect you will undertake in your business. How many times have you seen affiliates in your group fall by the wayside and die off. Some never get started and some get started and still quit. I experienced this a lot myself in my group and decided as a Leader that I had to do something about the attrition rate.
It is normal for most people to seek advice from family and friends, but they have to get beyond seeking advice or opinions from people who do not have what they want or desire out of life.
I got past all of this and realized that I must step up and be the person to bring out the best in people and take them from point from A to point B. so I came up with some solutions to this problem.
1. When affiliates join up you have to be the one to encourage them.
Let them know that they will working toward building a monthly residual bonus check and this is not a quick rich business. They must stay consistent , focused be patient , have fun, and do the things necessary to get the results.They have to be willing to follow instructions and allow you to coach and train them. ..and you must Lead by example .
2.They must know how they get paid in this business!
Affiliates have got to study the compensation plan. Most don't take the time to understand it,so I try to constantly communicate this to them.
Here are examples of what I may say to an Affiliate in my group to keep them motivated
1.
Most people are always in a hurry, and never take time to figure out how to make real money in SFI. and the business is so simple that is just flies right over their heads. They are looking for the catch or the easy way out so they drop out or never really get started, become so overwhelmed with all the things they see to do , feel that they have too much to read , or can't see how they can really make any serious money doing it! I'm not trying to be longwinded (smile). I want to help you be successful if you allow me to , and are willing to be coached. Always check out what all the other successful people are doing in SFI.
2.
I'm here to assist you..so learn all you can to grow your monthly residual checks. I also suggest that you thoroughly study the compensation plan so you will know exactly how you get paid. You want to know what you should be working toward so you can get paid well. Remember that SFI is not a quick get rich business, but it is stable and if you do the right things to get results, you can have unlimited income.
