When you have your family and friends that assume the work you want to do is not worth bothering with, you need to sometimes look for another alternative to win them over when they are negative, if you have already shown signs you have a team building and you have a sale list growing and how much you earn that can be a good thing that they can see your income you are making is real, when there is no starting point to convince family and friends to join your team, you some times have to take your determination of persuasion to win them over by giving them the key benefits to how it will benefit there future, if they still say no, do not take it personal, show them first by example looking for other people to join your team, and once your team starts to grow, and you have positive results you can return again to your family and friends and get them to look at how well you are doing with the people growing on your team list and the commissions being made, this will then help your family and friends reconsider joining your team. People need motivating and given a reason to want to join, when your excited over a opportunity it will get them excited to and it can help the person to feel inspired to join.
