Of course that we are not born Team leader, but we can a Team leader be step by step ,in our life.
Just following next steps:
1. To learn and to unterstand what we are learning.
2. To believe on what we unterstand.
3. To help the others to unterstand and to believe on what we unterstand and believe.
4. To be always there , ready, when the others needs and ask us help.
When we respect those 4 rules, we are a Team leader.
SFI program gives us a chance to be a Team leader , we have nothing to loose..we can just try to be or not to be a Team leader, that's our choice.
If we'll get success, we'll get money.
If we'll not , we'll not get momey.
It's easy, no ?!
