I have learned that if you personally reach out to them with solutions and suggestions that are unique to there needs, they know you are truly trying to mentor them to reach their goals. These emails start a dialogue that build a great relationship. Avoid canned emails. Use the group mailers to get general info out to your team.
Some people will not respond. Don't worry about that. Reach out to them. If they don't respond, move on. Keep recruiting and bringing in fresh leads and spend your time with your ambitious teammates.
