There is simple and easy way to check whether your autoresponder is working or not.

You already placed ad with your offer and opt in form.

If you have another email account you can visit your own link and just enter that email in opt in form and if your autoresponder is working you will receive email on that email account that you have entered.

If you dont have another account then just ask someone you know to test your ad and to inform you whether the follow up email arrived or not.
