I thought that very same thing when I started, how can I lead a team when I don't know what to do or how to lead. But Gery has laid everything out for everyone to follow and learn his simple steps which if you take the time to learn will show you just how to lead your team through duplication. I don't think anyone is a born leader. Even the King and Queen were groomed from children to lead their countries.
