Therefore, knowledge is key. These affiliates need to be guided and the best way you can do that is by your example. Begin by defining your goals and helping your team to do the same.
Once you are committed your team members will feel that sense of belongong and be encouraged to do more. Urge them to explore their talents and experiences so that they can contribute to the success of the objectives of the team. That feeling of accomplishment will help to motivate and build enthusiasm.
You should consistently communicate with them so that you can build a climate of trust and respect. Help them to feel a sense of ownership in the ideas that are created/expressed. Remember something special about each team member so that he feels connected and valued. Mention their achievements in your blog/website/Leadership page.
