There are many software solutions for autoresponder today, but whatever you will use it gives you a report at any time of the day.
When an auto responder starts being sent, reports will be generated. Reports are viewable from the same page that you add, edit, preview or delete emails in an auto responder
All of them give you summary statistics for the email activity, and an interactive graph showing increase or decrease in percent .You can also view activity for all time or in last 30 days. , or during the weekend.
You can also have a report for Opens, Clicks or Unsubscribed ,or to see which links were Clicked in each email
