I think that, you need to believe that you can be a lider. Motivation is the key.You need to believe in SFI an this idea. When you see other members, who work this job with big success, tell yourself: I can do this! When you have a new PSA or CSA, they are unsure, and need a help in the start. So be there for them, help them to cross the first impediments. Talk to them, encourage them, because the communication is the big step to the top. This will be a sign that the leader is in you, and a time will do, for you to be better, and successful. Good luck!
