So many answers have been given for this question and many are right in there perspective place. No one is born a leader, but one can become a leader, as with any leadership it is my opinion one must first lead by example and one must be willing to stand the test of time, ups and downs and all that leadership entails, practice makes perfect, as far as an a SFI Team Leader, it's written out for one to become just that with SFI training, so I'm just stating one must be trained to be a SFI Team Leader as well as any other leadership.
