We are not born leaders but leaders of our own actions if the effort is put forth to be. Leadership is a skill developed over time by our own experiences,actions used to learn and grow to be that of leadership! One must hone their skills and most importantly ( put forth the effort) to lead by example! Positive attitude, feeling good about yourself and being the best you can be to succeed are key factors to leadership. My father once told me: Son whether you work for yourself or someone else be a product of your product or services! I truly believe that and live it everyday! You can be successful and fail, yet you can fail and still be successful! It is the curve ball of living,learning and growing!
