No one is born a leader but what all leaders have in common is that they all had to learn, not just about the business itself but the skills attract and enthrall people.
Some people have the natural gift for being entrepreneurs and leaders but still training is required in order to use that natural talent. The ones that do not have natural talent still have to learn how to build a business and succeed but never become leaders but still manage to have a team because business minded people know a good business when the see it.
You may not be a leader but you can be a mentor or a guide, because if you learned the ropes you can then show your team the resources you learned from and give them things to read. When it comes to advertising you can compile of list of traffic exchanges and social networking sites and then email them to your team the rest is up to them.
P.S I am not a born leader either but I know that I will learn over time
