There is no such thing as a born leader. There are some special people who are born with the means, royalty for example. There are many who are born into a position to lead but they must still learn the ropes. They must be educated on the methods that will offer their followers and as such, offering themselves the best results.
The best way to become a leader is to learn, to become an authority on any subject. Then you may begin to lead others with ease. This is what SFI does for us. They have compiled the information and a system that gives us the means to become successful leaders.
