How can you be an SFI Team Leader if you are not a born leader?
We are all leaders in one way or another, I do not know if anyone is really really a "born leader".
When you were young you watch your parents guide and lead you through many trials and errors, when you were a student, you witnessed the teachers guide and lead you, and the whole class through your lessons, have order in school etc. Here comes a thought, if you yourself have a child or children even better yet... (more to lead) you are already a leader without even realizing it yes? You get my point.
So leaders are not born, they learned to be leaders, because the job presented or choosen make one a leader, now to be a good leader, one can sharpen their skills in many areas of life. For example, in SFI, there are so many, many areas of training you can occupy yourself with, and go on to become a great leader.
