No person is born a leader. There are skills and knowledge that must be learned. Once you acquire the skills and knowledge, you are then in a position to teach others. In SFI, becoming a Team Leader seems to be easy to get the first or second time. What is difficult is keeping that Team Leadership status (i.e. BTL, STL, GTL, PTL). Especially if you no active PSAs in your downline.
My suggestion is that you learn everything you can about SFI and TripleClicks. Put what you learn into action. Recruit PSAs (5 active PSAs). Then teach them what you did and encourage them to do the same thing. If they listen to you and actually do what you advise them to do,you will become a Team Leader.
