We've all heard that there are people who are "born leaders" and that a very small percentage of them. How is it possible that many people are successful in their private business? Other people are successful in their business because they have learned how to be a "born leader"!
So, maybe someone will take a longer time to acquire certain skills, but many who are persistent in the decision to succeed can acquire these skills.
I'll freely say that to become a leader in the SFI business quite simply because we SFI has already given a lot of guidance, tools, lessons, examples and methods to become BTL or more.
Our job is just to follow these guidelines, to be persistent, to give our best, to help our affiliates to progress and together with them to learn and learn and learn!
