To say the truth, leaders are not born as some people may think. Leadership basically depends on exposure, training and self drive towards showing others the way. It is a quality that can start showing up right from a very early age. Even in a home of several siblings sired by same parents, you may find one or two children with leadership qualities depending on their own conducts.
Turning on to sfi platform, there are tons and tons of opportunities of becoming leaders and the training program towards that end is superb. You only need to take a keen interest to learn and put the training so acquired to practice right on the same site.
