Always set a good example and role model , be easily accessible and readily available not forgetting to regularly touch base and build up good relationship with your downline , encourage , motivate , guide , mentor , lend a listening ear and offer to help and support those who are receptive , keen and hungry to succeed as it takes two hands to clap and succeed .
