I would say that there isn't such thing as born leader. In my opinion leaders are made. Made with hard work, learning and determination to succeed. So it is up to every individual to stand out of the crowd and become a great leader.
SFI offers us all the tools, information and knowledge to help us become great sponsors and above all, great Team Leaders. In the end it all up to us how we use knowledge we gain and if we have the will to succeed.
