Being a leader is easier for some than others, however, everyone can learn to be a leader.
I like to get to know all of my movers real well. I learn what they need or want from me. I communicate with them often. I give them ideas and teach them what works for me. I do what I can to help them grow, sometimes that means working with one of their affiliates. I learn new things all the time so I can teach them more.
Just because your affiliate becomes a team leader, doesn't mean your job is done. Always encourage, praise and keep learning so you can keep teaching and helping.
The more you learn, the more your confidence will grow and the better a leader you will become.
