While it is true some are better leaders that others, with SFI you can read and train yourself to be a Team Leader.
Even if you are not a Team Leader yet, it is important to start your training in Team Leadership now!
Here is the place to start reading Training Material: Go to the training tab; go down to sponsoring and click! Scroll to the bottom of the page and you will see the different areas involving sponsorship. You should then scroll down and click on Training Index, here you will find all of the Training Areas that you could ever find by going or purchasing one article at a time!
